Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

We make an effort to ship your item(s) as quickly as possible! Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 3-5 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

LOCAL DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. 

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

MADE TO ORDER ITEMS

Please note that custom made orders processing and delivery times will be longer as they are made-to-order. Time frames will be given to each customer on a case-by-case basis. Delivery costs may differ depending on the size of the order. Free shipping is not eligible for this items. 

AUSTRALIA FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 days using Australia Post (estimated 2-8 business days for domestic delivery). Flat rate shipping fee of $10.00 applies to orders shipping to local locations in Australia.

Free shipping will be applied for orders over $300 within Australia. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please enquire for international shipping at info@ellahannaford.com.au. Shipping rates will be charged at cost. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ella Hannaford is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. If the return is accepted we will offer an exchange or store credit minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@ellahannaford.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
